your main tasks

The ideal executive profile will conduct and drive the overall responsibility in client retention, employee attrition and retention, business development and P&L responsibility. In this position, the candidate will take on the responsibility of implementing and executing on strategy and business plans to create synergies between the companies within the group in Denmark. This will involve strategic planning,setting benchmarks and monitoring progress by milestones in order to track achievements and goals.

Additionally, the candidate will also take a long-term perspective on Altano´s investments, evaluating the potential impact of each investment and determining how it fits within the overall strategy. This will require a deep understanding of the business landscape and the ability to execute on data-driven decisions that will benefit the company in the long run.

your profile

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in commercial and managerial education, holding an MBA or HD degree. It would be a nice-to-have if the candidate also possesses a medical education, having worked as a doctor, nurse, veterinarian, or dentist, which adds value to their leadership professional experience.
Moreover, the candidate should have 10-15 years of relevant leadership experience and have developed exceptional stakeholder management skills, coupled with a digitalized mindset and in-depth understanding of the industry. Familiarity with the Swedish industry is considered a bonus, contributing as an ideal candidate for Scandinavian collaboration.

The candidate would preferably have experience from working in a service company, contributing to the ability to motivate, enable and educate professionals. Skills within building trust and promoting engagement and well-being among employees will be core. As a self-leading individual, the ideal profile believes in leading by example and considers her/himself as leader rather than a manager.
