the role
As a Customer Success Manager at House of Control, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximise the value of our products. You will work closely with our customers as a trusted advisor to understand their business needs, help them onboard to the company's platform, and develop and execute strategies to ensure they grow and achieve their goals. Each CSM has their own portfolio with full responsibility for the success and growth from handover and sales to end of contract.
You will be responsible for the following tasks on a daily basis:
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Work with customers to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them
- Guide customers through the implementation phase and onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success
- Conduct product training and workshops to ensure that customers understand the full potential and value of the company's product
- Serve as a project manager when implementing new solutions for existing customers
- Identify growth/expansion opportunities within accounts and work to drive adoption of additional products and services
- Analyse customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and customer lifetime value
- Identify risks and carry out necessary measures to reduce churn and increase customer retention
- Provide guidance on usage and troubleshoot/escalate issues that require attention from other teams within the organisation
- Support the sales organisation in larger sales cases and provide input regularly
- Participate in activities and projects towards product development
skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions
- Ability to work at a high speed and manage multiple priorities – time management is key
- Tech savvy and a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of SaaS products and experience with customer success metrics and reporting
Proficient in and/or knowledge of CRM software and CS tools is an advantage, e.g.:
- SuperOffice
- HubSpot
- ChurnZero
- Complete Control
others
- As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related field. Relevant experience can also compensate for a bachelor degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field at a SaaS company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience/understanding of economics and financial reporting is an advantage not a requirement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in project management and/or sales at a SaaS company is a plus
- Experience with financial solutions or similar is a plus
- Knowledge of IFRS16 is an advantage, but not a requirement
