about the position

You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture management team consisting of six EAs with different focus areas. Your responsibilities lie in business intelligence, cross-functional analytical domains including ML/AI, and the overarching data platform.
The enterprise architecture team ‘sells’ strategic opportunities across the organisation to stakeholders in different brands and departments. Your first main responsibility will be the data platform programme in collaboration with the Head of BI & Analytics that fuels new initiatives and solutions. Solutions with positive commercial impact as well as positive environmetal footprint.

Responsibilities and assignments include:
• Acting as trusted advisor for stakeholders
• Defining enterprise data strategy and innovation lighthouses
• Architecting enterprise data platform to support enterprise analytics and data sciences
• Owning technology roadmap for enterprise data platform
• Guiding product owners, solution architects and application development teams to adhere to enterprise data architecture.
• Collaborating with infrastructure, security and applications architects to ensure resilient and secure data platforms and
processes
• Leading innovation workshops
• Defining and scaling AI and rolling out MLOps

Primary technologies include SAP HANA business warehouse and Snowflake Data Lake technology.

your profile

You are someone who enjoys innovation and relationship-building, and most likely have a competitive mindset. You have experience with stakeholder management and technology-driven business development.
In order to succeed in this role, you must have:

• The ability to work across functions and disciplines, and influence upon executives as well as developers
• Experience defining enterprise data strategy and architecting enterprise data platform
• 5-10 years’ experience building data models from various data sources
• Experience with AI-based solutions and MLOps
• The ability to translate business strategies into information strategies
• A strong independent drive and willingness to learn and follow technology trends

Experience with SAP HANA business warehouse and Snowflake data lake is preferred.
