As the Finance Manager for the Navigation and Piloting Product Group, you will be reporting to the managing director and be a key contributor to driving financial performance within the business.
You will be responsible for the financial reporting and compliance for the global business as well as managing the day-to-day accounting activities and legal compliance for the Danish legal entity.
In short, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Run the day-to-day finance and accounting function
• Make sure all global Navigation and Piloting figures are reported timely and correctly
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level
• Develop, implement and optimize processes that align with the organization’s overall vision
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting policies, systems, and procedures
• Prepare the organisation’s financial reports and present findings and recommendations
• Work with peers on improving and harmonizing systems and processes
your profile
You have 4+ years of experience in a similar function in an international company. Some experience from an international audit company would be of advantage.
It is essential that you have strong numerical skills and are able to challenge and improve the existing way of doing things. Furthermore, we expect you to have a proven track record of stakeholder management at senior management level, and communication and collaboration skills with a natural impact.
Your educational background is most likely within finance, auditing or similar at a Master's level and you demonstrate English at a high level.

Navigation and Piloting is a global business with production facilities in China and hosted resources around the globe. The head office and location of the position are Aarhus.
Limited international travel will be required.
