Randstad is now looking for a Finance Controller to provide timely, transparent and reliable financial reporting of BK Group R&D spending to the BK management team and Corporate Finance at GE HealthCare. You will become a part of the Finance team which consists of 8 dedicated employees in Herlev. As their new Finance Controller it is important that you work systematically, meticulously and with a good overview as well as attention to detail. You must be a good team player, have good communication skills and have a good sense of humour.

key responsibilities for our new Finance Controller

- Project controlling of global R&D projects
- Controlling of back office, with a focus on our R&D department
- Budget and forecasting of R&D projects, including department cost
- Reporting of project status to Corporate
- Managing month-end close for agreed areas
- Supporting the rest of the finance team
- SOX testing

your tasks

- Serve as R&D finance partner regarding reviewing the development in costs according to defined targets, including detailed project follow up
- Monthly follow-up meetings with department leaders to understand and report actual/forecast
- Finance partner for business case calculations
- Participate in ad hoc activities as directed by Director of Finance

your qualifications

- Bachelor in accounting or similar
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical and analytical financial background, preferably from a global company
- Good business understanding
- Experienced user of IT systems such as Microsoft Office and SAP
- Knowledge about Hyperion is an advantage
- Knowledge about US GAAP and SOX an advantage
