You will be joining the IT engineering team at Market Pay, also known as AppOps! In this role, your voice will have a real impact—from brainstorming with solution teams to influencing technology choices and architecture decisions. You'll get the opportunity to explore and research before diving into configuration, ensuring you're fully prepared for each project.
Your workdays will involve a mix of refining and maintaining existing solutions while embracing new challenges. responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust network infrastructure
- Configure and maintain Cisco ASA firewalls, routers, and switches
- Leverage expertise in F5 technologies, including LTM, ASM, and APM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions
- Provide support across Linux, VMware, and SAN environments
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and upgrades of network architecture

qualifications
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a strong track record
- Expertise in configuring and managing Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco switches, FortiOS, and FortiAnalyzer
- Experience with Fortinet products is a plus, as they are considering a transition from Cisco firewalls to Fortinet firewalls.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols and architectures, including WAN, VPN, and MPLS
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex technical concepts
- Familiarity with F5 technologies (LTM/ASM/APM) is highly desirable
- Experience with Linux, VMware, or SAN is a strong advantage
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of PCI and ISO standards is a plus
- Open to participating in on-call duties
We also expect that you possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a keen attention to detail and a sharp analytical mindset.
