- Great at understanding and advising customers
- Can lead a project from A to B independently

about the role
What to dive into?
At Scalepoint, there’s always room for developing and exploring great ideas. They know it takes high ambitions to conquer the world. When you join the team, you will dive into the following:
- Analysis - you will analyse and formulate business requirements to understand the core issue and what opportunities the company has to address these.
- Planning & Coordination - At Scalepoint, they release new features each week, and you will be deeply involved in the planning and coordination of these releases. You naturally involve stakeholders at the right time to ensure their buy-in and understanding of what and when they need to contribute to the plan. Therefore, you know the importance of having a good and close dialogue with customers and colleagues.
- Motivating a remote developer team - the development teams are working across locations. It is your task to communicate background and strategy for projects and tasks to the development team and thereby motivate the team to develop the best products.
- Product Development - you will get to manage a number of projects – typically at different stages in the company’s project model – aimed at developing new functionality or improving Scalepoint solutions even more so that they can meet their customers' ever increasing requirements and wishes.
- Organization of backlog - There is no way around the fact that your future team has a backlog. It is of course important in relation to projects. Scalepoints products are also maintained with minor adjustments and optimizations. Therefore, it is important that it has been clearly defined what to prioritize and that the team is aware of the priorities you have made. Therefore, communication is key!
- Would you like to join the journey?
No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we would love to learn more about you! Because your engagement and commitment are what matters the most.

about scalepoint
The scalepoint spirit in everyday life
Come as you are. That’s how Scalepoint prefers it. You can easily leave dress codes, permanent lunch buddies, and corporate business attitudes at home. Their office is filled with hugs and high fives – and they believe that everyone is doing their best.
They have employees from 11 nationalities, spread across their offices in Copenhagen, Poland and Switzerland. 63% of them ride a bicycle to work. 42% eat vegetarian lunch. 38% are parents. And 52% do not work out on a regular basis. Their sport and events team try to create movement by offering activities such as climbing, mountain biking, running and padel tennis. However, they cannot change the fact that they have a very generous attitude to sweets and cake. But that’s ok because they do have a lot to celebrate at Scalepoint.
