about the job
The main element of this role is interaction and building bridges between stakeholders in an international setting. As the Product Sales Manager, you will be given a portfolio of international customers and prospects to handle, meaning that you will be working with both existing key account customers as well as developing new potential relationships for the company.
Your role will focus on bringing revenue to the company by means of the current portfolio of products as well as new developments. You will be working closely with customers who will be in the market for products ranging from a single component to a full ‘Ready to launch’ satellite. GomSpace plays a pivotal role in creating success in space missions and infrastructure, and this is where you will play an important part. The customers will vary and may be universities, laboratories, start-ups as well as large organizations.
You will work to drive and progress deals as you build and improve your network. Furthermore, you will be able to act as a project manager for delivery and overview of various projects within the Product Sales branch. At GomSpace, you will be selling premium products that focus more om the quality of the product than the price. This means that your job will be to promote the quality and value proposition of these exciting space industry products.
In short, the main tasks of this role will be to:
- Manage a portfolio of existing and future customers
- Develop the GomSpace footprint and market presence
- Assist customers in both their technical and commercial requests
- Build quotations and propose valuable solutions to customers
- Manage the full sales cycle from contact and order creation to follow-up
- Take ownership of your business
You will report to Thomas Pfister who is the Chief Commercial Officer

You thrive in interacting with many different stakeholders and are able to work with customers who, at times, may be demanding. Your focus is to improve the customer experience and support them in their plans and strategies.

- 3+ years of experience with technical sales
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in the area of business and/or sales
- You speak English fluently and have experience dealing with international customers
