We are looking for an ambitious Aftersales Manager to help Carsoe develop and grow their Aftersales set-up and launch a new hub in Busan, South Korea. Carsoe is recognized for delivering innovative high-quality solutions for the food processing equipment industry. Their customers are global and they have high ambitions for growth globally.

This position is brand new and you will therefore have a high influence on scoping the position and to develop your own career. First and foremost you are accustomed to living abroad or have the desire to get to know a different culture and to broaden your knowledge of South Korea.

Building a solid After Sales Hub

As a new Aftersales Manager in South Korea, your responsibility will be to build up the Busan Aftersales Hub in close collaboration with Carsoe´s offices in Denmark and U.S. You will oversee the daily operations of the After Sales business and help building the South Korean branch with local employees. Your focus will be to ensure overall delivery and quality of Carsoe South Korea offerings to customers and to ensure that they take the right measures to build turnover.
You will have the full P&L responsibility for the local Hub. Furthermore, you will handle the daily management, including direct personnel management, hiring of resources and reporting key results to our head quarter.

Your daily tasks will consist of:

- Securing solution and quality of repair jobs and rebuilding jobs
- Coordinating service and rebuilding and repair jobs
- Overview and guidance of Engineering and welders
- Support to Sales
- Coordination, building customer loyalty and thrusting relationships with customers
- Coordination with Carsoe Group of companies

What do you need to apply?

You have an engineering or a technical background that provides you with the technical expertise to understand Carsoe´s products and to provide the right solution to the customers. A good commercial mindset will be an asset in this position, as you will have the full P&L responsibility. However, it is more important that you bring a technical understanding than having a strong commercial background.

Preferably you have experience from fish processing industry, but this is not a requirement.
You have solid people management experience, and you understand what it takes to build a new organization with the right skills and mindset. You thrive in a setting where you are the face of the company handling all aspects of the After Sales business. You are motivated to deliver results both for Carsoe and our customers. You have the ability to navigate between different cultures and create common ground for strong business relations.
You can expect around 20-40 travelling days per year. We handle applications continuously. If you are interested in the position, please send us your application as soon as possible.
