areas of responsibility

You will provide engineering support in relation to the installation, service, and repair of analysers at customer sites across the Nordic countries. You will be working with on-site repair and/or replacement of any faulty components (hardware/software/configuration/LIS) to restore functionality of the analyzer within the agreed timescales. All this in order to offer a first-time fix solution to the customers.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

- Undertaking analyser preventive maintenance services
- Providing technical support by phone or email to answer enquiries
- Providing technical documentation when requested by customers
- Properly reporting the service activity through the integrated management system
- Keeping control of the stock of spare parts and performing stock counts
- Attending national and international training courses

The position is based in Denmark, and you will be working remotely from home, 2-3 days per week visiting customers across the Nordic region sometimes with short notice. You will have a close collaboration with the Application Specialist in Denmark and join an enthusiastic and supportive Nordic team that values open communication and supporting each other.

qualifications and experience


- You have a degree within Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry
- You have 2-3 years’ experience from a similar role as a Field Service Engineer or a similar supporting role within clinical laboratory instruments
- You have experience in the medical and/or laboratory industry
- You are flexible when it comes to travel activities and can travel on short notice
- You have a good level of English, both written and spoken, and one of the Nordic Languages as your native tongue

You are a team player and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and can adapt to changes on the growth journey of the Binding Site across the Nordic region.
