In that case, you may be the new HR Advisor Randstad is looking for on behalf of Vattenfall. The HR Advisor will join Vattenfall’s Danish HR Operations team in Kolding.
overall purpose of the role
As Vattenfall’s HR Advisor in Denmark, you are first point of contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues across the organization for operational inquiries and orders within HR, and you will be responsible for providing professional HR support and guidance.
among other things, your responsibilities will be:
- Support and guidance on employee/manager self-service functions
- SAP HR Master Data maintenance
- Time registration and travel reimbursements support
- Salary issues of various kinds
- HR processes and policy issues
- Employee benefits
- Employment law and employment contract handling
- Administrative routines
You will join a small but dedicated team, where you will have a great opportunity to influence the tasks and the work flows.
your qualifications as an HR Advisor:
The successful candidate has a background within HR administration and support, preferably from an international organisation. Experience with maintaining HR Master Data in SAP is a requirement, and you must master a fluent proficiency level in both Danish and English (verbal and writing skills). Experience with payroll related issues and salary refund claiming from public authorities is an advantage.
