jobbeskrivelse is a multinational, Danish-born social media management platform rapidly expanding their presence in several markets, including the Nordic region. is currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager in Copenhagen who will be responsible for hiring, managing and growing a team of Sales Development Representatives whose primary focus will be opportunity generation within the respective market. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to put your mark on building a high-performing sales engine for the market and taking your team to the next level. Moreover, you will be managing and taking ownership of both team and individual projects as well as identifying opportunities for further improvement of’s processes.

Furthermore, your tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Have an understanding of the team’s pipeline, facilitate booking and maintain an overview of metrics and conversions.
- Contribute in identifying new business opportunities and markets segments for the SDR team to infiltrate as well as develop playbooks, talk tracks, and emails in tandem in cooperation with Inside Sales Management and the wider Sales organization.
- Weekly and monthly forecast the Nordic sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities for further improvement of processes with the aim of increasing productivity and efficiencies in the team.
- Use Business Intelligence data to understand team performance, spot future developments and be prepared to act on any potential negative trends.

Your personal profile
As a person, you should:
- Be a charismatic leader and a team player and have the ability to lead and inspire people around you.
- Be solution-oriented as well as a problem solver who can tackle any problem that may come your way.

Furthermore, you have:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience and a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets – preferably within the SaaS-area.
- 1-2 years of experience working with people management.
- Experience working with Salesforce plus you know how to utilize it on a basic level such as creating dashboards and pulling out reports.
- A good understanding of data and metrics as well as their role in driving activities and production in a company.
- Excellent English and Danish Skills
