On behalf of our customer, LEMAN, Randstad is looking for an IT Project Manager to secure a structured and business-aligned project management. The work is across the project life cycle from initial scoping and planning to solution design and implementation.

About the position

As the IT Project Manager, you will be managing projects within the areas of business applications, systems integrations, and enabling technologies with a keen eye for helping businesses realizing identified benefits. You will work closely with stakeholders in LEMAN business units and Group IT to ensure the preparation and driving of projects as well as supporting project teams. Your primary responsibilities and work tasks will be to:

* Capture requirements, define projects, and support the outlining of business cases
* Run planning sessions in close collaboration with requesting unit(s)
* Analyze resource requirements and secure realistic resource planning
* Manage projects and change management in all its phases including presentation of plans, budget and timelines, and progress reporting to steering committees
* Work closely with the IT Project and Portfolio team in managing a well-balanced portfolio of projects concerning LEMAN’s strategic objectives
* Identify and create valuable relationships with key stakeholders across the global organization.

The successful candidate will
* Have working experience as IT project manager within business application implementations
* Find it easy to understand how business demands and its business processes translate into technical solutions
* Hold a project manager certification
* Have a good understanding of agile ways of working
* Be an experienced user of project management tools and Office 365
* Speak and write English fluently, Danish is a plus.

Furthermore, it is expected that you have great people skills and expertise in stakeholder management. This gives you the ability to work across all levels in an organization as you speak both business and technology language. You are proactive and result-oriented, and you display determination and sound judgment. As a strong communicator, you are successful in getting people around you engaged and motivated.
