On behalf of our costumer, we are looking for a Logistics Analyst for a temporary position in Glostrup.
Your tasks will be to analyze the marked and develop monthly reports, evaluate trends and react promptly in case of negative trends. You will perform weekly status on invoices with an analytical approach regarding production/arrival versus PO invoices target. You will also create PO and GR in SAP and collect data of weekly KPI from Sales Managers.

We are looking for a person who embrace and cherish competition and always reaches for the “best in class”. You are result oriented and has an eye for details. You are used to analyzing reports, acting on them and maintaining systems with the right data.

Responsibilities:
• SAP management. Creation of PO and GR. Control of the invoices and ensure accuracy of vendor payments
• Transport damages management
• Supplier performance (Compound & Providers).
• Market test investigation, Provide regularly analysis regarding logistics related matter as stock, aged stock, etc.
• Taking in consideration volumes, zones, prices and lead times
• Support the preparation and development of the preliminary figures for the PO, collecting the input from Sales Managers
• Diversions management (lists, coordination with sales and info to HQ)
• Analyze and identify areas of optimization within area of responsibility

Skills & Qualifications:
• Knowledge/experience from the automotive industry
• Logistics working experience, +3 years
• Strong analytical & methodical skills
• Good operational skills
• Advanced level with Excel and G-Suite (G-sheets)
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to successfully handle several tasks at the same time
• Having a high sense of urgency and quality, being sensitive about following-up on all matters handled on the transactional level
• Coordinating across functions with a high level of quality
• Language skills English, any Nordic language is an advantage
