For our costumer Bladt Industries located in Munkebo on the island Funen, Randstad are looking for skilled workers within iron and metal. You will be a part of a 3-week shift, where you will shift between working day, evening and night.

Established in 1965 and with a history of delivering high-quality steel structures for a range of projects including infrastructure and the oil and gas industry, Bladt Industries now focuses exclusively on production of foundations, transition pieces and substations for offshore wind projects.
The decision to transform the company to focus solely on offshore wind was made based on a desire to support a green future with a clear company vision to be the market leader within offshore foundations and substations.
Through the current investments in overall growth and efficiency improvements and in the expansion of production capacity at Lindø, Bladt Industries expects to be able to even further increase the order backlog over the coming years as well as to secure flawless execution of the current project pipeline.
tasks
We are looking for a broad field of employees to support the existing team. It is a requirement that you have experience within the metal industry. It is not a requirement that you have any formal education in the above.
It is important for you to be thorough in your work, and you always aim to deliver the best quality possible. Besides this, you are a skilled craftsman who thrives with many different assignments and a busy workday – but where being friendly and having fun together is a natural part of the day.
The work will consists of a lot of repetitive tasks, so you must be fine with this. Some of the tasks will be performed in heights.
your profile
It will be an advantage if you have previous experience with production work, and it is a requirement that you have worked as a metal worker.
