OTT Manager, Nordic & Baltic

Would you like to work for a leading global media organization? Do you have experience in media distribution? On behalf of Turner Broadcasting, we are currently recruiting an OTT Manager Nordic & Baltic to join the Distribution team in Copenhagen.

As OTT Manager, you will build a portfolio of strategic partners who will offer Turners non-linear services to their clients. These partners will primarily consist of ISP´s, Telco's and TV operators, but will also span a wide variety of other businesses with the common denominator that families with kids is an important part of their target group.

Key duties and responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include building relationships with B2B partners, and understanding how to best position Turner's media solutions to drive direct sales.

• Developing market plans and executing them to ensure the broader distribution of Turner's non-linear services
• Develop pitch materials to drive acquisition of partners
• Presentations, meetings and negotiations with clients
• Creating long-term relationships with key partners
• Coordinating with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure execution excellence
• Budgeting, reporting and long-range plans

The successful candidate

The ideal candidate is a team player that takes initiative, and has a proven track record of building partnerships that last. You excel in client-facing situations, while you at the same time also successfully work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure growth in revenue.

• Proven experience in structuring, negotiating and closing B2B partnership deals
• Sales experience within the digital media industry with a current and relevant focus on TVE/OTT solutions (minimum of 10 years sales experience is preferred)
• You have a deep and strong knowledge of digital platforms & products; specifically, web, video streaming, mobile and OTT offerings
• You are considered a digital expert during the sales process and are able to articulate and understand the revenues and ROI driven through digital products
• You are a creative thinker, proactive, pragmatic, flexible and attentive to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all tiers of a business (must be fluent in English)
• Highly motivated, organized and conversant with technology
• You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• You possess an energetic hunter sales mentality with a strong desire to develop and close new business
• You are equally comfortable dealing with senior management as well as mid-level management in an environment consisting of very big – as well as smaller clients
• Strong Network in the Nordic TV and Telco Industry is a clear advantage
