On behalf of Anticimex, Randstad is looking for a Product Manager to join their Design House in Anticimex’ new and innovative facilities in Bagsværd, Denmark.

At Anticimex, you will be part of an international environment, as Anticimex operates from across the world. Anticimex is a leader in the field and a part of the four biggest companies working with pest control in a manner that is environmentally friendly, as they do not use any type of poison.

You will be the Product Manager of the Traps & Communications team being responsible for discovering and delivering new products in the Traps and Communications area to the Anticimex countries.
Furthermore, you get the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art IoT-devices.

your key responsibilities

Your main task will be to be responsible for your product's success. You will continually seek new opportunities within market demands to enhance Anticimex’ pest control services through IoT. To help you with this, Anticimex has a unique organizational structure that allows knowledge sharing internationally, and Market Researchers to help you gain insight into the market.
That will imply the following responsibilities:

•Leading the Discovery and Delivery processes for the Traps & Communication team
•Maintaining the team's backlog
•Being proactive in relation to new knowledge on the market
•Making roadmaps according to e.g. new opportunities
•Owning, developing and maintaining the IoT-products
•Participating in relevant tech fairs and meetings with Anticimex’ other locations

To do so, the candidates must have basic negotiation skills to step into a market and find out what solutions are possible to work on and which products have the potential to sell into other countries.

•You preferably have a background within tech and business combined or similar
•You have a proactive approach and take ownership of your product
•It is natural for you to enter into dialogues and challenge the product's setups in the search for the most flexible solutions that still meet all requirements
•You are structured and able to navigate in an environment with many tasks at the same time

The team, which the candidate will be a part of, has a variety of skills within mechanical engineering, electronics, embedded software, testing, certifications and more. Right now, they are a total of 40 employees and are continually increasing. Therefore, you will become part of a professionally strong and growing environment, which will contribute to your continued professional development.
