On behalf of Veo Technologies, Randstad is looking for a Sales Manager for fast-paced football tech. You will be working in a dynamic work environment that is expanding. Veo is situated in Copenhagen, and the staff is a diverse group of people with a diverse range of experience from the tech scene, start-up community, and grassroots football. The 40 team consists of people from all over the world.

Your primary tasks will be to grow our market; nationally as well as internationally. With focused growth through key markets and global sales, your tasks will be to lead the sales team to reach these targets. Your main responsibilities will be to lead the sales team and know how to attract and develop our talents. Furthermore, it is important that you can accelerate our Inside Sales growth by building and driving forecasts and pipelines so that the sales team reaches its KPIs.

qualifications

About the role and preferred qualifications:

  • You will become a key person in our future growth, and we therefore expect the following qualifications.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with Inside Sales
  • Experience in leading a sales team with different backgrounds
  • You are a people person that understands what drives your employees to perform
  • As a sales person, you were a high-performance results-driven person that always reached or exceeded your targets. As a Sales Manager, you can transform your former individual successes into being a motivational team leader that is able to coach and support your team members in whatever challenges they may experience. 
  • You are used to working with a CRM system, and you believe that structure is the key to even greater performance by your team members 
  • You have great communication skills (both written and spoken) in Danish and English.
  • You are a team player and create results via your team and stakeholders
  • Experience with sales coaching where all deals, including international deals, are closed over the phone 
  • Interest in and knowledge about football is a must
