We are looking for a Sales & Project Manager for Sulzer in Middelfart.

As Sales & Project Manager, you will join a newly established Service Center in Middelfart. Together with the Service Center Manager, you will spearhead operations in Denmark and support the customers with the technical solutions fitting their operations and processes. You will be part of an international organization, and product experts will support you in your daily work.

about the job

As the new Sales & Project Manager at Sulzer, you will primarily be responsible for the strategic development and functional management of the sales activity needs of Sulzer RES’ Danish customers. This is in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.

You are responsible for the order intake of spare parts, retrofits and repair business and the strategic development of key customers in Denmark. You will prepare tenders with support from technical experts and establish monthly sales budgets and yearly plans in cooperation with the Service Center Manager.

Based on analysis of current and future client requirements regarding market conditions, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the company strategy. And you will maintain an updated knowledge of market and industry trends.
You will manage customer contract agreements to ensure the company’s compliance to terms and conditions, legal/commercial and scope of work requirements.

Furthermore, you will:
• Maintain the company CRM prospects database and related systems
• Ensure the highest standard of quality in processes and tools and within EHS
• Work with cross-divisional projects and procedures
• Contribute to the company culture and continual improvement

who are we looking for?

We imagine that you have 3-5 years of experience as a Sales and/or Project Manager dealing with B2B technical solutions in an international organization. It is important that you have business development experience and that you are familiar with budget/financial reporting and risk mitigation. You are used to devising and implementing sales strategies, and you have experience with managing national clients at multiple organization levels and contract negotiation.

Your educational background is not crucial, but likely, you have a technical degree at minimum bachelor’s level.

Last, but not least, it is a requirement that you master the Danish and English language in both writing and orally at a professional level.

• You have an outgoing and entrepreneurial mindset with a great commercial acumen
• You have great communication, negotiating, influencing and persuasion skills
• You thrive with interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring good relationship management and customer service skills
• You are flexible and have the ability to adapt to change and act independently
