Your assignments


We work within all areas of payroll and compliance and engage with clients to operate, optimise and transform their payroll function. We serve clients of different sizes and across different industries, both nationally and internationally. Our impact and client satisfaction will require different measures and collaboration on each pro-ject and assignment. The foundation is usually the same, though: Our real passion for the payroll and compli-ance area. We have an issue-based approach and apply our core payroll and consultancy skills to tailor our solutions to the client – and we work alongside their organisation to build tangible improvements and results.

We want you to apply your excellent skills and experience within payroll operations, payroll business partnering, compliance, project management and/or leadership, while working closely with the client organisation and col-leagues at all levels in Deloitte. We spend time "on site" with our clients and thus your "do’er mentality" and ability to interact with other people are key to success.

As Senior Consultant you will have a unique position to influence how we scope and deliver our solutions to the clients, and you will be responsible for driving progress and ensuring high levels of quality on projects and assignments. Furthermore, you will be responsible for some or more of the very diverse payroll activities for our clients, such as:
• Project management of larger payroll clients
• Training and development of young consultants
• Optimisation of payroll processes
• Interim payroll assignments
• Payroll controlling and quality control
• Driving payroll and related compliance for complex clients
• Project management and implementation of new payroll systems
• Compliance activities related to internal controls, data security etc,.

Your qualifications


We picture that you have 3-5 years of relevant experience from the industry, audit or a similar consultancy posi-tion and have a real passion for payroll, compliance and/or controlling. The common factor is that you have a sincere interest in Payroll and that you are able to transform your existing experience and competences into payroll projects.
You preferably also possess a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Furthermore, we expect that you are able to take responsibility, can handle confidential and personal data and deliver quality in a timely manner. You must also have great analytical skills with an eagerness to convert ideas into solutions as well as possess great communications skills in Danish and English.
To become a true success in this position, you have great consultancy skills, which entails being customer-focused, quality-conscious, detail-oriented and very dependable and loyal.
As a person you strive to make an impact, you are structured, dedicated and have a profound understanding of team play and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial team environment. We expect you to exert yourself 100 per-cent – always – for your team and in everything you do. In addition, the desire to obtain expert skills to impact and engage with customers and stakeholders is a great advantage in this position.
