You have solid experience as a Lead Developer working with new technologies. We expect you to have a technical educational background such as Computer Science, software engineering or similar.

- SQL / NoSQL
- Git / GitHub / Azure DevOps
- Azure Cloud / Amazon Web Services
- Test-Driven Development

It is vital that you thrive with self-management and value freedom to solve the challenges in your way. You don’t necessarily need a manager to look over your shoulder and supervise your work. You value having skilled colleagues willing to support you whenever required and participate in our academy initiative, where knowledge is shared and facilitated.
