Can you develop and optimize the technologies for HR & Operations to the next level in an international and multicultural environment? As part of Integrated IT (IIT) at Carlsberg, you will own the long-term strategic roadmap for HR systems in Western Europe and develop and drive the strategy.

What you’ll be doing

The Senior Manager for HR Technology & Operations in IIT will own the roadmap for HR systems in Western Europe, guide business through transformational changes and develop and drive the strategy as well as priorities in HR in close cooperation with Carlsberg’s Global Process Owner.

As the Senior Manager, you are expected to provide technology direction to various internal stakeholders such as HR, Process Owners, Group Functions and IIT and will be responsible for contributing with external insights and best practice to the decision.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining the strategic roadmap for HR systems and applications in WE
- Ensuring alignment with the overall IIT roadmap for Carlsberg
- Driving strategic decisions on HR and FI systems supporting our transformation initiatives
- Be a thought-leader on implications to existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvements
- Acting as a business partner for the functional areas ensuring effective transformation within Carlsberg including resource management of the broader IIT function
- Ensuring stakeholder perspectives and strategic priorities and that focus areas are aligned across the business

You will be based out of our Central Office in Copenhagen, but you will be offered flexibility in the role. We estimate approx. 10 travel days a year.

What we’re looking for

You have experience with developing, driving and implementing strategies within HR systems from either consultancy or client side in an international environment. You have minimum 8 years of relevant experience with HR and technology strategies and implementations and minimum 5 years of professional experience within the field of HR and finance in an international organization. Preferably, you have business experience within FMCG and with SAP and/or MS Dynamics.

Due to the corporate language in Carlsberg and the number of stakeholders in this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in English.
