Do you excel at building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with customers? And do you want to play a key role in an international group with an interesting ownership behind it? Then this might be the position for you.

On behalf of BEVI A/S, Randstad is looking for a Site Manager to lead their Danish team. With direct reference to the CEO located in Sweden, you will be responsible for leading five experienced and talented employees. The unit provides both sales, logistics, procurement and back office support.

The working environment is trusting and very collaborative with focus on providing the best solution for the customers. The largest customer group is found within the marine business and consists of existing customers, which is why repurchase from existing customers are essential.

Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will work as a playing coach, which means that you will both be leading the team as well as being hands-on in the daily work.

Besides that, your main responsibilities and tasks will be as follows:
-The overall responsibility for leading BEVI Denmark in the right strategic position, including being a part of the overall managing team for BEVI Nordic
-Handling customer inquiries using the common InMail system, which includes answering questions and recommending the right solutions
-Be a sparring partner to the Technical Sales Profile in relation to electric motors
-Customer engagement and stakeholder management

Your qualifications and experience

To be successful in this position, it is crucial that you are excellent at building and maintaining strong and dedicated customer relationships.

The person we are looking for may be experienced within leadership and stakeholder management, but if you have the right personality, this could possibly be your first position after completed education.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish and English, both written and orally, and have a great interest in working with data. It is a bonus if you have some kind of technical background so you are able to quickly identify the customers’ needs and recommend the right motor, but it is not a requirement since support is available in the organization within BEVI.

As for personality traits and soft skills, BEVI is looking for a person who:
-Is a team player and able to cooperate and communicate on many levels
-Is sturdy and able to handle all kinds of situations
-Has a positive mindset and is open to new ideas
-Is curious and willing to learn new things
-Is down-to-earth and cares about the team and their well-being

At the managerial level, you need to be a visible leader and be present in the workplace, and you must master creating close work relations with your team by being a good listener, willing to spare, and sharing new ideas.
