Full Stack Developer for Templafy

About the position

Templay is searching for passionate full-stack developers who can help them lift their already highly skilled development team. You will be a central part of the development of their product and have a say in choosing technologies, tools, and architecture of new product features.
Templafy take pride in creating a quality product, and their code is made via pair-programming and reviewed via pull-request. If you love to turn simple and readable code into complete solutions that will be used daily by hundreds of thousands of people around the globe, then Templafy is the place to be!

How Templafy work

Agile: Each team consists of 4-6 developers and work based on a documented Scrum-based process with short feedback cycles. The sprints last two weeks, and they release software daily in a highly automated process.

Clean code: Templafy have a written coding standard. They develop more than 60% in pairs. Every change is peer-reviewed. Templafy have a strong application architecture.

Test focused: Templafy like to test the code they build, and they have a continuous integration infrastructure in place that runs their unit test on every push and notifies the team on Slack if something breaks.

Process: Templafy are cloud first, and all parts of their work are managed through Azure DevOps including backlog management, source control, releases, and testing. This enables Templafy to have a strongly distributed team across their multiple offices.

Personal projects: In every sprint they set aside the last two days to work on Templafy related projects of personal interest outside of the Scrum process.

Tools: Templafy use the best tools available for the job including Visual Studio, Slack, R#, Git, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, and Docker.

Learning: Templafy believes in lifelong learning and encourage everyone to read books, visit conferences, and take courses. Templafy want to invest in everyone’s future development, and make the necessary resources available to support this.

• Backend: .NET, .NET Core, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, VSTO.
• Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, Webpack, Less, WPF.
• Hosting: 100% Azure, Web Apps, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus,
 Application Insights, Azure Data Lake, Streaming Analytics.

• What you bring in: Templafy is not afraid of new technologies, and are hosting
 internal tech-sessions to discuss these and how they can make sense in our product.

About you

You have a broad experience with .NET, C# and Web Development. You are a structured, curious, responsible, open-minded team player who takes initiative.
Your assignments depend on your skills and personal aspirations. Templafy’s tasks include everything from the development of their WebApp, integration to external systems, development of their API, development of Windows Apps, integration to Office and Office 365, as well as Deployment and DevOps tasks.
