On behalf of our client Creative Force, Randstad is looking for an experienced and creative VP of Marketing, who is ready to become part of an exciting scale-up. You will be responsible for leading an international marketing team and building up strategies and brand awareness. You will be a part of a company with high ambitions and an international mindset.

The role offers lots of flexibility and possibility to work remotely, meaning we accept applications from both Denmark and all over the US.

Creative Force is a scale-up company embarking on a great growth journey. Creative Force is an industry-leading Content Studio Management software provider, working with some of the world's most recognisable brands. They enable studios to streamline their ways of working and empower them to work more effectively and efficiently.

The Role

Creative Force is looking for a holistic and energetic Marketing VP who can drive their marketing strategy to improve their positioning in the market. As the VP of Marketing, you will become responsible for the marketing department where you will build up the team and set the direction for the marketing strategy.
Furthermore, you will be a part of the management team and be involved in the decision-making processes and help set the direction for Creative Force.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business development and securing the overall marketing funnel
- Building up Creative Force’s brand and creating awareness about the company
- Responsibility for the marketing department, including the marketing budget
- Communicate to customers through e.g. events or online marketing
- Positioning within the SME segment
- B2B Lead Generation
- Product Marketing

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for a generalist within marketing with a minimum of 7 years working experience within the field of digital marketing. You have a master’s degree within marketing or similar. In addition, you have a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience and know how to lead an international team. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Furthermore you have:
- Experience with brand awareness and the whole marketing funnel
- Experience with Demand Generation
- Experience with Product Marketing
- Experience from enterprise, B2B, SaaS or a similar industry
- Experience from the US market

As a person, you are independent and analytical thinking. You have a holistic view and are not afraid of recognizing when things are difficult. Furthermore, you have a start-up mindset and think it would be exciting to become part of the great growth journey that Creative Force is facing.
