about the position
Your main responsibility is to drive sales in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. This includes developing new customers, supporting existing ones, and acting as both a sales expert and a technical advisor. Your key tasks will include:
• providing technical support for product selection and problem-solving
• performing systematic follow-ups with distributors, customers, and on all inquiries
• preparing annual sales forecasts and recommending sales strategies for key customers and industries
• driving company growth by expanding the customer base using search tools
• training and educating key customers and distributors
• collaborating with the commercial team and other departments to ensure world-class customer service
• expecting 20-30 travel days per year for trade shows and visits to their headquarters in Denmark
your profile
Randstad are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented person with a broad technical understanding and strong communication skills. You have a positive attitude and great confidence, and you thrive on thinking big while also paying attention to detail. You are an experienced user of CRM systems, and your experience with value-based selling is crucial, as it enables you to build and maintain strong relationships. You love working primarily with hunting new business and their development in an extremely structured way. You have a bachelor's degree (BA or BS), either technical or commercial, and an engineering background is a plus. You have a strong interest in hydraulics and are proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
