your responsibilities

You will be responsible for shaping and managing the architecture for IT infrastructure and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Your daily work will alternate between technical design, governance, and strategic planning. You will act as the link between business requirements - for example, in connection with a major e-commerce transformation - and the underlying technology.

Your primary tasks will be to:
- Define target architecture and roadmaps for infrastructure (cloud, network, storage) and IAM.
- Ensure compliance with critical standards such as NIS2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, including the implementation of Zero Trust and CIAM strategies.
- Centralize and automate the IAM function, transforming rights management from decentralized handling to a streamlined, automated process.
- Create architectural standards and oversee adherence to them across projects.
- Balance the operational stability of the logistics centers with the architectural design of a modern, scalable Azure infrastructure supporting the e-commerce platform.

In this role, you will design and maintain a target architecture that ensures high uptime, performance, and security within an environment defined by complex logistics processes and large data volumes. You will also collaborate closely with development teams, operations, and the broader business to ensure that the infrastructure architecture effectively supports both current operational demands and future strategic needs.

your profile

You possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence decisions across organizational boundaries. You thrive on creating clarity and overview, and you are capable of communicating complex technical solutions to both developers and management.

Professionally, we expect that:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with IT architecture, specifically within infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and IAM principles (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- You have solid knowledge of hybrid cloud environments, Privilege Access Management (PAM), and identity lifecycle management.
- You are accustomed to working in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban and tools like Jira.
- You are proficient in English at a professional level.
- You have a relevant educational background.

It is an advantage if you are familiar with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. However, your ability to drive initiatives and influence decisions is what matters most.
