your role and responsibilities
As NCC’s new Fleet Administrator, you will manage a wide range of administrative and financial tasks. Your primary focus is to ensure smooth operations and high data integrity.
Key responsibilities include
•Handling invoices, insurance, taxes, and fuel cards
•Registering and allocating fleet-related expenses to ensure financial accuracy
•Maintaining and updating the fleet asset register
•Executing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth fleet operations
•Coordinating inspection summons and managing mandatory vehicle checks
•Systematic archiving of fleet documentation in Qanto
•Processing and resolving parking and speeding fines
•Forwarding tax invoices to external partners
•Managing insurance claims, damage reports, and technical inspections
•Handling the recharging of insurance, tolls, and other fees
•Administering Brobizz, Europcar, and fuel cards
•Managing communication and correspondence with public authorities
qualifications & competencies
The ideal candidate is highly structured and methodical in their working approach, with a proven ability to maintain a strong overview and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key qualifications and experience
•Experience in administrative work, ideally within fleet management
•You enjoy working at the interface between internal stakeholders, leasing partners, and authorities
•You possess a keen eye for detail, technical flair, and a collaborative mindset
•You are flexible and remain calm under pressure, even when priorities shift
•You have a methodical approach to problem-solving and a high sense of accuracy
•You communicate effectively and bring a strong team spirit
•You possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Fluent in Danish and English and a valid driver’s license
