On behalf of our client Struers, Randstad is looking for a Service Coordinator for their "One Europe Service" team. You will join an international department where your primary focus will be supporting the Western European market from the company's office in Paris.
As a Service Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring smooth operations for both customers and technicians in Western Europe. Your task is to ensure that service visits and repairs are planned optimally, so customers receive the help they need on time. You will become part of a professional team that values collaboration and supports each other across European borders.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Planning and coordinating service visits for Field Service Engineers in Western Europe
• Daily contact with technicians and customers via phone and email
• Coordination with international colleagues across Europe
• Creating service orders and contracts in the ERP system
• Coordinating spare parts and handling invoicing
• Uploading required documentation to the customers' portal prior to technician visits
• Ensuring that the customer database and documentation are always up to date
Furthermore, we expect that you:
• Speak and write French at a native level or equivalent
• Are fluent in English, as it is the primary corporate language
• Have experience with coordination, customer service, or administrative support
• Are highly structured, organized, and adaptable to change
• Are a proficient user of MS Office and pick up new IT systems easily
• Possess strong cultural understanding and can navigate an international setting
• Are organized and take pride in delivering high-quality work
It is a big advantage if you also speak a third relevant language - preferably Spanish.
• Working place in Paris region: 94500 Champigny-sur-Marne
• Flexible working hours (start time between 06:30 and 09:00) and the option of 1 day of working from home per week
