On behalf of our client, Randstad is looking for a Service Coordinator for their "One Europe Service" team. You will join an international department where your primary focus will be supporting the French market from the company's office in Ballerup.
about the role
Our client is a world-leading Danish company specializing in equipment and consumables for material analysis. The company provides solutions to researchers and businesses for examining the composition and behavior of materials such as metals, ceramics, and plastics.
As a Service Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring smooth operations for both customers and technicians in France. Your task is to ensure that service visits and repairs are planned optimally, so customers receive the help they need on time. You will become part of a professional team that values collaboration and supports each other across European borders.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Planning and coordinating service visits for Field Service Engineers in France
• Daily contact with technicians and customers via phone and email
• Coordination with international colleagues across Europe
• Creating service orders and contracts in the ERP system
• Coordinating spare parts and handling invoicing
• Ensuring that the customer database and documentation are always up to date
about you
We are looking for a profile who is outgoing and enjoys communicating with many different people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you manage to maintain an overview and a keen eye for detail. You are a dedicated team player who takes responsibility for your tasks and contributes to the overall success of the team through a solution-oriented attitude.
Furthermore, we expect that you:
• Speak and write French at a native level or equivalent
• Are fluent in English, as it is the primary corporate language
• Have experience with coordination, customer service, or administrative support
• Are a proficient user of MS Office and pick up new IT systems easily
• Possess strong cultural understanding and can navigate an international setting
• Are organized and take pride in delivering high-quality work
