As the Marketing Manager, you will step into a high-impact role where you get the best of both worlds. This is a highly operational and dynamic position where you will spend 80% of your time driving hands-on marketing execution and 20% leading, inspiring, and mentoring a small team to successfully drive marketing ROI. You will develop and implement the annual global marketing strategy, manage the budget, and execute comprehensive campaigns that directly boost the brand visibility and commercial growth worldwide.

Key responsibilities
• Be the driving force behind the hands-on marketing activities, optimizing the global digital footprint through SEO, SEM, GEO, AI, Google platforms, media purchasing, and website maintenance.
• Take charge of the global social media presence, with a sharp focus on LinkedIn optimization and impactful content formatting.
• Provide visual and commercial sales enablement support, ensuring the team is equipped with PowerPoint presentations and materials that close deals.
• Orchestrate the offline activities, including organizing and participating in international exhibitions and memorable customer events.
• Collaborate closely with external digital agencies and co-manage joint marketing initiatives with our strong network of European suppliers.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure effective ROI.
about you

What you bring to the table:
• You have a minimum of 5 years of documented experience in B2B industrial marketing, preferably from sectors such as wind energy, oil and gas, or heavy manufacturing.
• You have knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google systems, CRM software, as well as frameworks for content production and campaign architecture.
• You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a corresponding field.
As a person, you are recognized for your immense personal drive and your ability to act independently in an unstructured work environment. You thrive in a direct and informal style of communication where action is highly valued, and you manage to maintain perspective under tight deadlines. Since you will be collaborating with international colleagues, suppliers, and partners, it is a requirement that you speak and write both Danish and English fluently, while knowledge of German or Norwegian is a distinct advantage.
