You will be the administrative backbone of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in a dynamic environment. Your tasks will be varied and require a high degree of independence and proactivity when managing general office administration and supporting the Managing Director in Denmark with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Organising and scheduling meetings, office events, and travel arrangements, including flight tickets and other related logistics
• Greeting visitors and partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
• Overseeing the maintenance of office supplies and equipment, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed
• Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with various departments at the parent company in Ankara, Turkey
• Preparing and managing travel expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies and reporting to the finance department
• Maintaining organized filing systems and updating relevant databases to ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English
• Proficiency in IT systems, including experience with expense systems and data entry platforms
• An adaptable and collaborative problem-solver with the flexibility to handle changing priorities
