the roles
We are currently hiring for 5 different supervisory roles. Depending on your background, your responsibilities will include:
Electrical Supervisor: Oversee vital electrical and mechanical installation tasks, monitor installation progress, and ensure strict alignment with safety protocols.
Lifting Supervisor: Oversee and manage all lifting activities, conduct inspections of lifting accessories prior to each lift, and lead pre-task briefings with slingers and riggers.
Installation Supervisor: Ensure safe operations and oversee installation tasks in compliance with safety instructions and training protocols.
Pre-Installation Paint & Fiber Supervisor: Supervise and lead the repair work of paint and fiber damages, ensuring all documentation meets strict quality requirements.
Commissioning Supervisor: Execute wind turbine generator (WTG) completion and start-up, troubleshoot equipment, and conduct functional tests.
your profile
We highly welcome candidates with a background in the oil and gas industry who are looking to bring their skills into the wind sector. While prior experience with specific wind turbine generator platforms is a great advantage, your leadership skills and safety mindset are what matter most. Other then that its required that you are:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ready to work in a rotation plan meaning you will live and work offshore for 14 days at a time and work 12-hour shifts.
