You take ownership of a wide range of tasks to ensure products meet the highest standards.
your main responsibilities:
- You manage and resolve Non-Conformities (NC), perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- You support operators with quality-related issues to ensure production meets standards.
- You contribute to process reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You provide expertise during development reviews and address production-related questions.
- You manage supply chain non-conformities directly with suppliers.

In the beginning, you succeed by efficiently resolving NCs and supporting operators so quality becomes integral to daily workflows. Long-term, you help embed a proactive quality culture where you drive improvements across both production and the supply chain.
your qualifications
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have a practical and solution-oriented approach. You build trust with your colleagues so you can solve challenges together.
Need to have:
- You have experience in quality control and production processes.
- You are skilled in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- You have knowledge of IPC standards and best practices for electronic assemblies.
- You speak and write English at a professional level.
Nice to have:
- It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar technical industry.
