about the position

As TARGIT's new rder to Cash Specialist, you will play a key role in managing daily O2C processes while actively contributing to General Accounting activities. You will enter a professional, international environment where collaboration, a structured mindset, and attention to detail are highly valued.

key responsibilities

Order to Cash (O2C)
• Creation and processing of customer orders and contracts
• Issuance of invoices and credit notes
• Following up on customer payments and managing the AR ledger
• Handling financial and billing inquiries from customers
• Maintaining accurate customer master data in the ERP system
• Working closely with sales representatives and consultants
General Accounting
• Managing daily accounting entries and financial transactions
• Performing account and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the team with month-end closing activities
• Managing the entry and processing of financial transactions
• Contributing to optimizing financial processes and documentation

your profile

We are looking for a candidate who can step into the operations from day one. To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• Proven experience in a similar finance role, specifically within accounts receivable or a general finance department
• A meticulous approach to tasks, combined with strong organizational capabilities, a highly organized structure, and excellent multitasking abilities
• Strong Excel skills (advanced level). Experience with ERP systems is required, and knowledge of SAP Business One is a distinct advantage
• Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken, as you will work in an international setting
• A service-oriented mindset and strong team collaboration skills
