As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will be a central figure in Synoptik's supply chain operations. Your role is crucial in supporting planning, procurement, order management, and system maintenance activities. You will act as a vital link, ensuring seamless communication between stores, suppliers, and internal departments, while maintaining accurate system data and supporting ongoing projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Procurement and planning: assist with forecasting, purchasing for key suppliers, and managing vendor orders for e-commerce and warehouse inventory. Support SIOP processes.
• Order management: monitor store orders, track open orders, ensure timely goods receipt (GR), and update systems (Navision, POS). Handle vendor order cancellations.
• System maintenance: ensure accurate system data and proper system functionality for efficient store operations.
• Store & customer support: provide backorder reports, order status updates, and address claims/issues for stores and customer support teams. Maintain clear communication.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a talent for optimizing processes and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is also a problem-solver who excels in a structured and collaborative environment, skilled at navigating processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We also place importance on the following qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• ERP system experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and oral English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Working hours: full time employment, 37 hours weekly excluding lunch
• Duration: a temporary position for approximately 6 months
• Start: as soon as possible. Preferably July or August, alternatively in start-September 2025
• Flexible remote work options available upon agreement
• Working location in Herlev
