your primary wokring tasks

As a welder at CPH Armering, you will shape and assemble black steel for load-bearing structures in the construction industry. You work 10 hours a day from 06:00 to 16:00 on a fixed rotation schedule - three weeks of work followed by one full week off, giving you plenty of time to recharge. Your daily work is centered around solid craftsmanship, practical tasks, and close cooperation in the production hall, where your key responsibilities include:
•You weld reinforcing steel and ensure strong, durable structures of high quality.
•You pack finished steel elements securely onto pallets and prepare them for shipping.
•You perform regular visual checks on your welds to ensure that all specifications and tolerances are met.
•You collaborate closely with your colleagues on the floor to maintain an efficient workflow and a safe work environment.

You thrive on physical work and take pride in delivering solid craftsmanship. You are a reliable and safety-minded colleague who values clear routines and an informal, straightforward atmosphere onsite. CPH Armering is looking for someone who:
•Has practical experience with welding or related metal and steel fabrication.
•Enjoys physical work that can be repetitive at times.
•Can communicate in English.
•Is dependable, punctual, and ready to start the workday at 06:00.

At CPH Armering, your dedication, practical mindset, and willingness to learn are what matter the most. A formal welding certificate is not required, as experienced colleagues will provide thorough hands-on training. If you have a forklift certificate, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you are eager to take on more responsibility and show strong commitment, there are good long-term opportunities to develop your skills and advance into a floor supervisor role.
