    To apply for a job vacancy on our website, you need to create a personal "myRandstad" account and upload your CV. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email for your registration as well as a verification email with a link to confirm your email address.

    When searching for job vacancies on the Randstad website, please make sure you are logged in. Simply click the "Apply" button next to the job you are interested in. Once you have applied for the job, you will receive an email confirming your application.

  • how can I be informed about new jobs?

    We suggest that you visit the Randstad΄s website on a regular basis as our job vacancies are updated daily. We also recommend that you activate the job alerts email option that you will find at the bottom of our "find a job" page, in order to receive daily, weekly or monthly job notifications in your email inbox. You can also select up to three desired specialties, through your profile, that you would like to receive job notifications.

  • can I apply online for more than one job position at the same time?

    Yes, you can! Applications for more than one job positions are acceptable, provided that your CV matches the requirements of the specific job vacancy.

  • do I have to do anything more after applying online for a job position?

    After you have applied online for a job vacancy, you will receive an acknowledgement email from Randstad. Once all the applications have been screened, a consultant will be in contact with you if your application best matches the job requirements of the job vacancy you applied for.  

  • I have applied for a job and never heard back. what now?

    Due to the large volume of applications Randstad Denmark receives, it is not always possible to inform candidates that they have not been selected for an interview. If you are chosen to be interviewed, a Randstad Denmark consultant will be in touch with you shortly. Interviews are arranged based on if the skills and qualifications in the application best match the requirements of the job vacancy.

  • I am having difficulty uploading my cv. Can I send it via email?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to send your CV by email. For data protection reasons and to comply with GDPR legislation, we are not permitted to receive or process personal data such as CVs directly in our email inboxes.


    Applications and CV uploads must therefore always be completed directly through our website. Please note that your CV file must not exceed 1 MB in size and must be in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format. You can upload it via your myRandstad account.

  • I am having trouble creating an account or resetting my password. What could be the issue?

    You might be experiencing one of the following issues:

    • Incorrect email entry: Please double-check that you have typed your email address correctly, without any typos.
    • Extra space in the password (copy-paste): When you copy and paste your password, it might include an extra space. Please try typing your password manually.
    • Existing account: It's possible you already have an account. Try the "Forgot your password?" option to retrieve it instead of creating a new one.
    • Unconfirmed email: After registration, it's essential to confirm your email by clicking the link we sent you. Please check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folders. In case you have not received the email, you can click on “forgot my password” and reset your password. Then, you will be able to login.
    • Incorrect steps: Review the on-screen instructions and ensure you have followed the steps correctly.

  • how can I change / update my cv?

    You can update your CV by logging into your account via myRandstad (or by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the homepage if you are already logged in). Then select the "Personal information" section, where you can upload your latest CV.

  • If I have uploaded more than one cv file to My Randstad account, which one is used for the screening process?

    Randstad consultants always use the latest cv that has been uploaded for the screening process.

  • do I have to upload by cv in Danish or in English?

    At Randstad, both Danish and English language cvs are acceptable.

  • I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

    Click on "myRandstad" and select "I forgot my password". An email will be sent to you with a new password which you can use to login to your personal My Randstad account.

  • Should I upload my resume every time I see a new job position that interests me?

    Your resume is registered in our database during the registration process. Therefore, all you need to do is click on the option 'apply now' and our consultants will evaluate the resume you have already submitted.
