As a consultant, you are outgoing, proactive and able to build trust. You have a strong network and see the opportunities in your commercial role within sales, counselling and, not least, as the customers' sparring partner and trusted advisor.
Here you will encounter both lighter and heavier temporary staffing and recruitment tasks. You will be a 360-degree profile who is independently responsible for the entire process from getting the assignment in house to carrying out the recruitment and meeting the customer's needs.
When it comes to finding specialists, we believe that you have to be a specialist yourself. This requires a relevant academic background (e.g. in IT, engineering or finance) and several years of experience in B2B recruitment and sales.
