As a Business Productivity Manager, you will be responsible for client management and collaboration with Novo Nordisk’s regional IT leader to deliver top-quality support to end-users. You will act as a key liaison between IT teams, service operations, and end-users, ensuring seamless delivery of IT support services.
The role focuses on enhancing the user experience, managing recurring issues, and implementing improvement initiatives aligned with both global and regional objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively resolving issues, reducing root causes of high-volume incidents, and transitioning simple incidents to self-service solutions.
- Facilitating communication between IT and operations, managing change processes, onboarding new employees, and ensuring staff are properly trained for rollouts.
- Understanding global agreements, promoting IT tools, and aligning regional needs with global goals.
- Improving user experience and service desk utilization through user insights and close collaboration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, sharing best practices, and representing the region in meetings.
about you
You are an organized and proactive individual with solid experience in IT service management and project management. You work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, and are data-driven with the ability to translate analysis into tangible user experience improvements.
To succeed in this role, you are expected to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT service management, IT support, or a similar role.
- Experience working within global organizations or regional IT setups is highly desirable.
- Proven track record managing IT projects and implementing process improvements.
- Expertise in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow; KCS certification is a strong advantage, as well as experience with PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with collaboration tools and task management boards.
- Strong skills in analyzing trend reports and driving data-driven improvements.
- Experience working in a 24/7 IT support environment.
Personal qualities highly valued:
- Structured, responsible, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Danish language skills are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
- Excellent presentation skills.
