The TPM consultant will primarily drive and orchestrate the elements and aspects within the Digital and Product Organization
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution:
- Drive and orchestrate key initiatives across Digital, Product, and Engineering domains within the Markets & Channels Technology (MCT) and Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering (OMP) clusters, as well as within Partners and Supply Chain User Groups. Lead QtF end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives, including technical breakdowns, proofs of concept (POC), and KTLO efforts, ensuring alignment with defined success criteria and architecture guidelines.
Strategic Planning & Governance:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and resource requirements (people, tools, technology), while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Provide input to the steercos with insights and recommendations. Actively participate in the E2E Inventory Management Programme governance structure
Stakeholder & Alignment Management:
- Foster strong, transparent relationships with stakeholders across Business, Digital and Product, at all organizational levels—from engineers to senior leaders (e.g. Manager Specialist, Director, Senior Director, and VPs). Ensure continuous alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations across product, digital, and business functions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication:
- Promote collaboration across teams and functions, connecting with Stream TPMs to manage dependencies and identify synergies. Foster the “One LEGO Team” spirit by ensuring misalignments are clarified and addressed immediately.
Technical Validation & Knowledge Transfer:
- Oversee the evaluation and documentation of POCs, ensuring both technical and functional requirements are met. Conduct lessons learned sessions and facilitate the handoff of validated solutions to engineering teams, supporting scalability and operational readiness through structured knowledge transfer and development plans.

Knowledge within:
- SAP ERP systems (ECC and S/4HANA)
- O2C E2E processes and SAP Sales & Distribution module
- Commercial and Sales Planning
- Collaboration & Communication
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Conflict Management
- Business Process Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and functional teams
- Curiosity for learning and passion for helping others
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall digital strategy.
Nice to have
- SAP functional skills within O2C and P2D E2E processes
- SAP Architecture understanding
- System Integration and Data Migration knowledge
- SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP experience
- SAP S/4HANA Migration Experience
- SAP BTP knowledge
- Experience with SAFe and SAP Activate methodologies
Start date: ASAP
Period/Length of assignment: 3 months with the possibility to extend
