We are looking for a skilled and experienced external Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) consultant to join our project to start driving and orchestrating the TPM responsibility. The ambition in the project is to have a globally consistent and highly automated process with supporting global technology solutions, which empowers us to better serve our customers and frees up our colleagues’ time to focus on what matters.

responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution:
o Drive and orchestrate key initiatives across product teams in Digital. There are two Engineering domains in Digital Technology in the Markets & Channels Technology (MCT) and Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering (OMP) clusters.
o Lead QtF end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined definition of done and architecture principle.
Strategic Planning & Governance:
o Create and update a Digital Project Roadmap aligned with Product Roadmap/E2E Inventory Management Program based on the ambition from Portfolio OKRs
o Ensure objectives / outputs of the project are aligned to Product teams OKRs/Portfolio OKRs.
o Orchestrate cross product teams ceremonies where needed, e.g. mini–Quarterly Program Planning.
o Proactively identifying and facilitate the mitigating of risks / trade-offs / decisions that are required and communicate back to product teams/stakeholders
o Provide input to the steercos with strong insights and recommendations from Digital.
o Actively participate in the E2E Inventory Management Program governance structure.
Stakeholder & Alignment Management:
o Foster strong, transparent relationships with stakeholders across Business, Digital and Product, at all organizational levels.
o Ensure continuous alignment on Portfolio OKRs priorities within the project, and expectations regarding Digital deliverables.
o Securing that the right people from Digital are involved at the right time, eg. principal engineers, lead engineers, engineering delivery leads and agile coaches.
o Work alongside product managers and leaders to perform ongoing stakeholders’ management activities where needed for the duration of the project.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & POC:
o Drive collaboration across product teams and supporting roles by engaging with Stream TPMs to manage dependencies, identify synergies, and ensure alignment in the spirit of “One LEGO Team.”
o Plan and orchestrate the digital deliverables of POCs, facilitate lessons learned sessions, including a smooth handover to engineering teams.

o Demonstrates the ability to think quickly and learn rapidly, thriving in high-paced environments with multiple in-parallel activities and deliverables.
o Leverages the strong experience and ability to bring forward recommendations on governance and effective execution across multi product teams.
o Proactively offers detailed recommendations and suggestions to challenge and enhance existing processes and ways of working.
o Agile in adaptation and adjustment with a strong emphasis on documenting outcomes and agreements.
Project Deliveries:
o Governance models and project roadmaps, tailoring framework to projects are integral components of the extensive TPM toolbox, including proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Collaboration & Communication:
o Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Experienced in navigating complex organizational structures and working across departments.
o Extensive experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
Conflict and Risk Management:
o Very experienced in managing conflicts and assessing risks with a focus on stakeholder management.
Effective Communication:
o Posses excellent and strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating, short and to the point, complex concepts to both technical and functional teams, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders to avoid ambiguous situations.
Nice to have
Knowledge within:
o SAP ERP systems (ECC and S/4HANA)
o Commercial and Sales Planning
