Want to be the strategic sparring partner turning complex plans into reality in an international matrix organization? In this role, you will have a direct influence on an ambitious growth journey focused on organizational excellence.
...
your new role and mission
Our client is a prominent international player operating at the intersection of advanced technology and commercial execution. The organization is undergoing a significant development phase, and you will step into a central function supporting both local teams in Denmark and global business areas.
Your mission is to ensure that HR delivery always matches the business's high tempo and the strategic changes that accompany growth. You will experience a workday characterized by high autonomy, serving as a trusted advisor to management in an environment that values both measurable results and strong professional relationships.
your primary tasks
As HR Business Partner, you will become the close partner for specific technical and commercial units. Your responsibilities span from long-term organizational planning to value-adding coaching of leaders:
• Strategic Execution: You translate business visions into concrete action plans for employee development and ensure the organization is geared for the future with a 12-15 month perspective.
• Change Facilitation: You guide leaders safely through organizational adjustments and help them navigate effectively within a multinational matrix structure.
• Data-driven Advisory: You use the analysis of employee data to identify trends and provide qualified advice on complex topics such as performance management and reward models.
• Coaching and Sparring: You challenge and support leaders in their daily HR management to increase their impact and ownership.
• Culture and Retention: You drive initiatives that strengthen internal cohesion and ensure the company maintains its position as an attractive workplace.
who are you?
You thrive in an environment characterized by high professionalism and an informal tone. You bring natural authority and manage to maintain an overview and stay calm, even when the frameworks are undergoing change.
Your Need-to-have qualifications:
• Experience: You have 5-10 years of broad HR experience, including at least 2-3 years as an HR partner in a large, international matrix organization.
• Global Mindset: You have documented experience operating across borders and navigating complex global reporting lines.
• System Proficiency: You have solid knowledge of major HR IT systems and understand the value of bringing data actively into play in your advisory role.
• Communication: You speak and write fluent English and effortlessly build trust with both technical experts and commercial leaders.
Your Nice-to-have advantages:
• You may have previous experience in HR leadership or knowledge of industries characterized by rapid scaling and technical complexity.
• You have experience driving cross-functional HR projects in an international context.
what do you get?
You will become part of a workplace where personal development is highly prioritized and where flexibility is a natural part of daily life. You receive:
• Freedom to Act: Direct reference to an experienced HR lead who emphasizes trust- based management and gives you significant responsibility for your own tasks.
• Development: Strong opportunities for professional growth through internal programs and access to a professional network of international colleagues.
• Attractive Package: A competitive salary with a bonus scheme, pension, and comprehensive personal benefits such as health insurance and fitness.
Practicalities regarding geography: The role is based in Denmark and supports units across the country. You should expect to be physically present at the office approximately 3 days a week to ensure close contact with leadership groups and the business. Interviews will be held in Aarhus or Copenhagen.
