Job Overview
As our new Quality Manager, you will hold a key strategic position reporting to the local General Manager with a functional line to the Global Head of Food Safety. You are empowered to drive a culture where quality actively supports production flow and minimizes defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the QMS in compliance with GFSI standards (BRC, IFS) and organic certifications.
- Lead, recruit, and train the Quality team while ensuring adherence to company procedures.
- Implement effective policies for hygiene, GMP, and HACCP tailored to the business.
- Foster a strong food safety and quality culture across all levels of the organization.
- Manage internal audits, customer relations, and support product development trials.
your Profile
You are a seasoned professional from the food or pharmaceutical industry with a relevant academic degree (e.g., Food Science or Engineering). You possess the leadership weight necessary to navigate organizational change within an international matrix structure.
preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in QA/QC and implementing recognized QMS standards.
- Leadership experience from an FMCG environment, driving results through diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and experience with stakeholder management.
- A "hands-on" visible leader who thrives on the production floor.
- Result-oriented and empathetic, prioritizing the collective "we" over "me."
