your tasks

You will take on a vital role in planning and scheduling both internal and external resources for offshore projects. Your daily work is dynamic, requiring you to act swiftly as project timelines and demands evolve.

- You maintain and update the master plan for site personnel to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
- You lead regular resource allocation alignment meetings with site management, project teams, and team leaders.
- You identify potential resource bottlenecks and proactively implement backup plans and solutions alongside affected departments.
- You collaborate closely with mobility advisors and training planners to ensure site crews hold the required qualifications and comply with regulations.

your profile and competencies

To succeed in this role, you work in a structured manner and communicate proactively across technical functions and cultures. You maintain a clear overview in a fast-paced environment and independently tackle challenges before they escalate.
- You bring proven experience with planning, resource allocation, or project coordination, ideally within energy, construction, or a similar industry.
- You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and build constructive relationships across different departments.

Knowledge of mobility regulations and labor law requirements for offshore workers is considered an advantage. On a personal level, you are service-minded, solution-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing tasks under pressure.
