You will navigate the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and robust pipeline development to skillful contract negotiation and successful closure. Cultivating and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with both distributors and merchants throughout Norway and the broader Nordic region will be paramount to achieving your objectives.
Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless alignment and exceptional customer success
about you
We are looking for a proven sales executive with a natural hunter instinct and a proactive, self-motivated approach. You thrive working independently and are also a collaborative team player when required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle (prospecting, negotiation, and closing)
• Minimum 5 years of specific experience within the payment solutions sector (acquiring, POS, e-commerce)
• A strong and verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets through both distributor channels and direct engagement with merchants
• Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex deals, often involving multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems; experience in Salesforce will be highly valued
• Fluency in English and Norwegian. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
A well-established and influential network within Norway’s payments or POS market is a significant asset.
We would also highly value candidates who possess:
• Experience in the retail or distribution sectors
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
• A resilient, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
• A strong ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly
