In the role of Senior Product Platform Manager, you are the strategic owner of the platform's architecture and modular strategy for KK Wind Solutions’ largest product area—Converter Technology. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic management skills as you navigate a highly innovative and dynamic environment.

A key function of your role will be to identify market needs and translate them into actionable product development. You will be responsible for tying together various elements such as strategy, supply chain, development, and operations to define roadmaps and the value proposition of the products. You will collaborate closely with skilled technical colleagues to shape and evolve the strategy, driving innovation and excellence across multiple customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for the Power Conversion Platform, ensuring it aligns with broader business and technology goals.
• Define the long-term vision and strategic direction for the platform, managing its core modules and key performance indicators to ensure sustained market leadership.
• Translate market wants and business needs into clear, platform-level requirements that guide future development.
• Act as the central bridge between Product Development, Business Divisions, Sourcing, and Operations.
• Ensure the platform's architecture enables scale, flexibility, and cost-efficiency by standardizing interfaces and driving modularity.
• Provide deep technical expertise to support the Sales team on strategic customer opportunities where architectural knowledge is essential.
• Report on platform performance to leadership and actively contribute to evolving best practices within the Product Management function.

The ideal candidate will have skills in/an understanding of:
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy/Power Engineering, or Technology Management.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with most of them spent on PLM oriented projects
• Experience with hardware platform development in power electronics, converters, or energy systems.
• Strong skills in cross-functional alignment, architecture trade-offs, and balancing technical and commercial considerations.
• Experience in the wind and/or Power-to-X industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with cost modelling, supply chain impacts, and industrialization constraints.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
