On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Team Leader who can take on the responsibility for the daily operation and management of the Pharma department's evening shift. You will head a team of skilled warehouse employees, where your primary task will be to motivate your team to ensure efficiency and quality in all processes. At the same time, you will be involved in the daily work and act as a strong link between management and your employees.

your primary tasks

- Daily management and coordination of the evening shift
- Training and motivating employees
- Warehouse management and ensuring correct shipments, and more
- Compliance with safety procedures and quality standards related to GMP
- Ensuring a good and effective work environment

we expect that you

- Have experience with warehouse management and operations
- Have experience with general warehouse work, including forklift operation, picking, packing, and more
- Possess a valid forklift certificate
- Are responsible, independent, and proactive
- Are a strong communicator who can inspire and motivate your team

It is an advantage if you have industry experience from the pharmaceutical industry (pharma) or similar, but it is not an absolute requirement.

working hours and salary

- Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Friday from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- Salary in accordance with the collective agreement and associated supplements
- A 'Try and Hire' arrangement with the possibility of permanent employment
