your responsibilities

In this position, your daily work will alternate between technical design, technical leadership, and strategic alignment. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and underlying technology by translating overarching enterprise architecture principles into functional, concrete, and simple designs. Your time will be spent guiding delivery teams, collaborating with business stakeholders to turn needs into real value, and aligning with other architects and external partners to secure strong, cohesive capabilities.

Your primary tasks will be to:
- Design and govern scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions across Azure Integration Services and/or SAP Integration Suite.
- Translate business and system requirements into pragmatic integration patterns, architecture, and interface specifications.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture guidelines and the Data & Integrations strategy.
- Oversee and guide delivery teams implementing integrations, securing high quality, performance, and adherence to standards.
- Maintain integration architecture documentation, including canonical models, patterns, APIs, and lifecycle guidelines.
- Drive API‑first, event‑driven, and standardized integration practices across the entire organization.
- Support and challenge development teams to reduce complexity, eliminate technical debt, and increase reuse

your profile

You are a collaborative and value-driven professional who is genuinely driven to create value both internally and externally while bringing clarity to a complex technical landscape. You possess strong problem-solving skills, an innate ability to secure end-to-end thinking, and the necessary courage and impact to constructively challenge existing business processes and drive initiatives forward.

With your excellent communication skills, you easily simplify complex integration architectures and articulate them clearly to both technical developers and non-technical stakeholders or management. Furthermore, you enjoy mentoring others, establishing strong relationships, and providing clear guidance and transparency across organizational boundaries

Professionally, we expect that:
- You have proven experience as an Integrations Architect or Senior Integration Engineer.
- You have strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions) and SAP Integration Suite.
- You possess solid experience designing APIs, event‑driven architectures, and integration patterns (including synchronous/asynchronous, messaging, and orchestration/choreography).
- You are proficient in English at a professional level. Danish is an advantage.
- It is an advantage if you are familiar with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
