PSQR is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be the central link between our development teams, customers, and partners, responsible for leading technical projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be a key driver in the decision-making process, taking ownership of project decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of customer business needs and a focus on our growing North African market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead projects ranging from 2 months to 1 ½ years. Manage all aspects from initial planning and budget to final execution.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Handle customer relationships and strategic development, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You'll work closely with local partners, business owners, and factory managers.
- Technical Pre-sales: Leverage your product knowledge to support the final sales phase and ensure a seamless handover to project implementation.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal SCRUM teams and report to steering committees.
your qualifications
You are a proactive and customer-oriented professional with a strong technical background. You are comfortable handling all aspects of project management and excel at transforming customer needs into actionable plans for our teams.
- Experience: You have experience as a Product Owner, developer, or Technical Project Manager, with a track record of leading large, international projects.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of and ability to discuss warehouse and logistics processes is essential.
- Familiarity with track and trace or traceability is a definite advantage.
- Agile Expertise: You have experience with SCRUM and other agile methodologies.
- Consulting Skills: You are skilled at providing technical consulting and sparring to customers.
- Languages: You are proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
